TariffsChart is a tariff estimation, landed-cost planning, and import-workflow recordkeeping product for importers, cross-border sellers, sourcing teams, operators, and finance teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have when using TariffsChart.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information: name, email address, login provider identifiers, profile image, language preference, organization details, and authentication events.
  2. Calculator and workflow inputs: product descriptions, SKUs, HS/HTS codes, candidate classifications, origin and destination countries, currency, quantity, declared value, freight, insurance, duty-rate assumptions, additional tariff assumptions, import tax/VAT/GST assumptions, fees, target margin, source URLs, confidence labels, notes, scenario statuses, broker-review packet content, review-link tokens, reviewer names, reviewer emails, reviewer companies, reviewer notes, and review statuses.
  3. Source snapshots, monitors, alerts, and review context: official or third-party source links, captured dates, source types, route context, HS/HTS context, notes, user-entered confidence labels, source-monitor settings, check timestamps, source fingerprints, excerpts or structured summaries, HTTP status, error messages, and alert statuses.
  4. Usage and device data: pages visited, feature events, approximate timestamps, browser type, operating system, device information, referrer, UTM parameters, IP address, diagnostic logs, and error events.
  5. Billing and subscription data: plan name, entitlement source, billing status, customer identifiers, invoice metadata, payment metadata, subscription identifiers, and other payment records processed by our payment provider. TariffsChart does not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

  • Save scenarios, SKU records, source snapshots, source monitors, change alerts, broker-review packets, and broker-review links.

  • Debug, monitor, and improve product reliability and user experience.
  • Understand feature adoption and conversion funnels.

TariffsChart estimates are informational. Final duty, tax, classification, valuation, origin, admissibility, and filing decisions must be verified with official customs sources, a licensed customs broker, or another qualified professional.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate TariffsChart, including hosting, database, authentication, analytics, customer support, email, storage, logging, error monitoring, security, and payment providers.
