Summary

TariffsChart compiles public tariff-reference metadata for planning, research, and broker-review preparation. The HS / HTS pages identify the official source URL, retrieval date, source confidence, and review boundary whenever that information is available.

TariffsChart does not own the underlying official tariff schedules, rulings, notices, or government materials. Official sources remain governed by their own terms, public-domain status, reuse rules, and agency guidance.

What This License Covers

This license covers the TariffsChart compilation layer:

• Page structure, field normalization, labels, and review-status metadata.
• Source snapshot context created by TariffsChart users or workflows.
• Planning notes, confidence labels, and broker-review prompts.
• TariffsChart-generated summaries, schema markup, and internal identifiers.

You may link to TariffsChart public HS / HTS pages for planning and research. Do not represent TariffsChart pages as official customs rulings, binding classifications, broker advice, tax advice, legal advice, or government publications.

Official Source Materials

TariffsChart links to official and third-party sources such as USITC HTS, CBP CROSS, USTR, Federal Register, and other agency pages. Those sources may have different reuse terms.
